- All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water and then cook it in vegetable broth according to package instructions until fluffy, about 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, grated carrot, grated zucchini, chopped green onion, minced garlic, egg, all-purpose flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
