- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Feta cheese - 50g, crumbled
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water in a fine mesh strainer to remove any bitterness.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa and water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 15 minutes until the quinoa is fluffy and the water is absorbed.
