  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100g, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 30g, grated
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Arugula - 30g, for topping

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped sage, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
