  • Milk - 60 ml

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. In a large pot, add the cubed potatoes and sliced carrots. Cover with water and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes and carrots are tender.
