- Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, grated zucchini, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and then add it to the oat mixture along with the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
