  • all-purpose flour - 60 g
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 30 g
  • cooked and crumbled turkey sausage - 100 g
  • spinach - 30 g
  • cherry tomatoes - 100 g
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
