- sharp cheddar cheese - 100 grams, grated
- fresh chives - 15 grams, chopped
- garlic powder - 2 grams
- milk - 120 milliliters
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the chilled, cubed butter to the flour mixture and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the grated cheddar cheese, chopped chives, and garlic powder until evenly distributed.
