Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams
  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Grated cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  3. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and blanch the cauliflower florets for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
