- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Grated cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
