Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Grated cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden and tender.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream and half of the grated cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Remove the roasted cauliflower from the oven and transfer it to a baking dish.
