  • egg - 1 large
  • milk - 80 milliliters
  • olive oil - 30 milliliters
  • shredded cheddar cheese - 50 grams
  • chopped spinach - 50 grams
  • diced bell pepper - 50 grams
  • chopped green onion - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and olive oil until well combined.
