Ingredients

  • Eggs - 4 large

  • Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and crumble it into pieces. Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet.
  2. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté the diced onion and bell pepper for about 3-4 minutes until they become soft.
