Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 150 grams, sliced
  • Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and season with black pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
