- Beef sirloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
- Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 150 grams, sliced
- Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1 medium, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, and zucchini, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
