Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
  • Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 150 grams, sliced
  • Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, and zucchini, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
