Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Button mushrooms - 150 grams, sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the garlic, ginger, and sliced mushrooms. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  4. Add the red bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet, then pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
