- Button mushrooms - 150 grams, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
