  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, seasoning with black pepper and red pepper flakes. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the beef is browned and just cooked through.
