  • Fresh thyme, chopped - 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them into even pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender.
  5. Stir in the fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the lemon juice over the mushrooms.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
