- Bell Peppers - 2 large

- Cream Cheese - 100 grams
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 50 grams
- Garlic Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Italian Seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and the Italian sausage, breaking it up as it cooks until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the sausage mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
- Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
