  • Ground pork sausage - 200 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams

  • Egg - 1 large
  • Cream cheese - 30 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, almond flour, shredded cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
