- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, red onion, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the vegetables are well coated.
