  • Red onion - 1 medium, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, red onion, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the vegetables are well coated.
