- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the Italian sausage links to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside to rest for a few minutes before slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
