- Heavy cream - 60 ml
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Spinach, fresh - 50 grams
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and crumble the breakfast sausage, cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes.
