Ingredients

  • Breakfast sausage - 200 grams
  • Large eggs - 4
  • Heavy cream - 60 ml
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Spinach, fresh - 50 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and crumble the breakfast sausage, cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer the cooked sausage and spinach mixture evenly on the bottom.
