  • Sassafras tea (brewed and cooled) - 1/2 cup
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut oil (melted) - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the brewed sassafras tea, honey, melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
