  • Sea salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large

Steps

  1. Open the can of sardines and drain the olive oil, reserving a teaspoon for later use.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped parsley into the avocado mixture.
