  • Corn on the cob - 1 ear, cut into 2 pieces
  • Green beans - 100 grams, trimmed
  • Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Chicken broth - 500 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast to the pot and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Stir in the sliced carrots, chopped celery, cubed potato, and green beans. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and add the corn pieces, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
