  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Corn tortillas - 4, cut into triangles
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.
