Ingredients

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Greek yogurt - 100g
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, then season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
