- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

- Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for about 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy.
