Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets - 2 pieces (150g each)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Capers - 1 tablespoon, rinsed and chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the dill sauce by combining the sour cream, fresh dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped capers in a small bowl.
  6. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
