- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Sour cream - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Capers - 1 tablespoon, rinsed and chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
