Ingredients

  • cooked salmon - 200 grams
  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

  • red onion - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • whole grain bread - 4 slices
  • leafy greens (like lettuce or arugula) - 1 cup

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, flake the cooked salmon into small pieces.
