  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for greasing)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease two ramekins with olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, eggs, mashed avocado, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the coconut flour and chopped dill to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
