- beef tallow or coconut oil - 50 grams
- dried cranberries - 30 grams
- walnuts, chopped - 30 grams
- sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- onion powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine the smoked salmon, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and fresh parsley.
- Melt the beef tallow or coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat until fully liquefied.
