  • canned salmon - 300 grams
  • almond flour - 50 grams
  • egg - 1 large
  • green onion - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • dill - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons, for frying

Steps

  1. Drain the canned salmon and place it in a mixing bowl, flaking it with a fork.
  2. Add the almond flour, egg, green onion, dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the salmon and mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties, ensuring they are compact.
