- cooked salmon - 200 grams, flaked
- almond flour - 1/4 cup
- egg - 1 large
- green onion - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked cooked salmon, almond flour, egg, chopped green onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
