Ingredients

  • cooked salmon - 200 grams, flaked
  • almond flour - 1/4 cup
  • egg - 1 large
  • green onion - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked cooked salmon, almond flour, egg, chopped green onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the salmon patties to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
