- Raspberry jam - 100 grams

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.
- Add the softened butter and cream cheese to the flour mixture, and blend until crumbly.
- Stir in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts, flatten each into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a floured surface, roll out one disc of dough into a circle (about 25 cm in diameter).

- Cut the circle into 8 equal wedges, then roll each wedge from the wide end to the point, forming a crescent shape.
- Place the rugelach on the prepared baking sheet and repeat the process with the second disc of dough.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the rugelach for a shiny finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
