Ingredients

  • Wild turkey breast - 500 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 sprig

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  3. Place the wild turkey breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
