  • olive oil - 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
  • ground cumin - 1 gram (1/4 teaspoon)
  • salt - 2 grams (1/2 teaspoon)
  • water - 60 ml (1/4 cup)
  • paprika - for garnish, to taste

Steps

  1. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, and salt.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth, adding water gradually to achieve the desired consistency.
