  • Yellow bell pepper - 1 medium

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and dry the bell peppers, then cut them into quarters, removing the seeds and stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the bell pepper quarters to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the dressing.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated peppers in a single layer.
