- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary - 2 sprigs, leaves chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken broth - 1/4 cup
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and honey to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
