Ingredients

  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
