  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas, then pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the dried chickpeas to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
