Ingredients

  • Garlic cloves - 6, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Lemon - 1, juiced and zested
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, lemon juice and zest, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up in the baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the skin is crispy.
