- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem, then place the head upright on a cutting board.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the cauliflower into 2.5 cm (1-inch) thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks generously with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the steaks.
