Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 1 medium head (about 500g)

  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then cut it into florets of similar size.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
