Ingredients

  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves.
  3. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and place them in a large bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the Brussels sprouts and toss until they are evenly coated.
