  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the bell peppers and cut them in half lengthwise, removing the seeds and stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the halved bell peppers cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush the olive oil mixture generously over the cut surfaces of the bell peppers.
