Ingredients

  • Roast beef - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Whole grain sandwich bread - 4 slices
  • Provolone cheese - 4 slices
  • Romaine lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Horseradish sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix the horseradish sauce and mayonnaise together until well combined.
  2. Toast the slices of whole grain bread lightly in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.
  3. Spread the horseradish-mayo mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
