- Water - 240 ml

Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine 240 ml of water and 100 grams of granulated sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, combine the raspberries, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove the seeds, pressing down to extract as much liquid as possible.
