Steps
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (approximately 20x20 cm) with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the flour, cornstarch, and salt, mixing until just combined to form the crust dough.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.

- After the crust has baked for 15 minutes, pour the raspberry-lemon filling over the warm crust.
