  • Fresh raspberries - 150 grams
  • Almond milk - 60 ml
  • Almond extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon (optional, for sweetness)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a small tart pan (about 15 cm diameter) to form the crust.
