- large eggs - 4
- mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- ranch dressing mix - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- chives, chopped - 1 tablespoon
- salt - to taste
- black pepper - to taste
- paprika - for garnish
Steps
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, cover the saucepan, remove it from heat, and let it sit for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for at least 5 minutes.
- Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, Dijon mustard, chopped chives, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Mash and mix until smooth and well-combined.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle paprika over the top for garnish and additional flavor before serving.
